Our farm in Nam Ban, with 27-year-old coffee trees and a planting area of 32 hectares, is where we seek perfection in every coffee bean. We study and choose Biodynamic farming methods - natural, clean agriculture. It means our coffee beans can grow slowly and develop unique flavors. We're deeply committed to the processing because we believe that the right fermentation can truly enhance the coffee's flavor and bring out its purest aroma.

This commitment not only enhances the flavor of our coffee but also positively impacts the environment and the livelihoods of our farmers by promoting fair trade practices and ensuring they receive fair compensation. It also maintains and protects the local ecosystem, including biodiversity and various species of plants and animals living around the cultivation area.

We use single-layer tin bags instead of six-layer ones to make the recycling process easier and faster. The containers are made entirely of recycled kraft paper.
